Dr. Rhett Dadej attended elementary school, high school and college in San Diego.  During his teens he played competitive tennis in the Southern California region of the United States Tennis Association attaining a ranking in San Diego and Southern California.  Ice hockey was in his blood though, his father having played professional hockey in Czechoslovakia, and when Dr Dadej started college at the University of California San Diego, he traded in his tennis racket for a shot to play ice hockey for UCSD.  He played on the varsity team for all four years of his college career.  During his final year at UCSD he made the all-star team.  After completing his college degree at UCSD with a B.S. in Biochemisty and Cell Biology, he attended optometry school in Boston.  Having graduated with honors, Dr Dadej relocated to Las Vegas in 2000 and has been with the Eyecare Center ever since.  Dr Dadej enjoys medical eye care in addition to routine eye evaluations.  He is laser-certified, board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease, and is also glaucoma certified.  He routinely co-manages patients with local eye surgeons.  Here at the Eyecare Center, we strive to be your all-in-one eyecare clinic where you can be treated for eye diseases and infections as well as having routine eye examinations, getting eye glasses or contact lenses.
