Patients with Vision Insurance - If you would like to place an order using your vision insurance plan and NOT a credit card, please contact the office location of your last visit directly. When ordering online you are required to give payment using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. With your shipment you will receive an invoice which you can choose to submit to your insurance company on your own behalf.
