We have moved! After 20 years in the same location we are now at 70 E. Lake Street. That's 3 blocks north of our old location and 1/2 block west of Michigan Ave. on the north side of the street, the ground floor corner of Lake St. and Garland Court. Still located in the heart of Downtown Chicago, the professional staff at Level Optical Co. has been providing a complete range of optical services for 35 years.
 
We provide a comlpete range of eyewear, contact lenses and examinations. Our customers range from business, scuba divers to skiers, and movie and theatrical productions.
 
We have created this site as an additional service to our patients. You can now contact our office, find answers to commonly asked questions, and review our services at your convenience. As an additional service our patients can order their replacement contact lenses on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
