If you are a patient registered to order your replacement contact  lenses on our web site please log-in using your user name and password. If you have not been previously registered to order replacement contact lenses on our web site please click "New Patient Sign Up" or contact our office at 920-499-2147.

Enter your prescription.

Checkout. Your contacts will be delivered to you!
In stock orders placed and approved before 5pm EST Monday-Friday will ship same day. We offer several different delivery options to best suit your needs.
