Welcome to the home page of Dr. Nicholas J. Garn, O.D. Dr. Garn joined Zionsville Eyecare as an associate just after graduation from the Indiana University School of Optometry in May of 2006. Dr. Garn had the opportunity prior to his enrollment in optometry school to serve as an optometric technician with Zionsville Eyecare from 2000-2002. Dr. Garn is excited to be joining the community of Zionsville, Indiana.
He wed his high school sweetheart, Laura, in May of 2003. Dr. Laura Garn works as a pharmacist supervisor with Clarian Health’s Home Infusion Pharmacy division. They grew up in Columbus, Indiana and currently reside in Greenwood, Indiana where they enjoy spare time with friends and family, Indianapolis Colts football, volunteering at Mount Pleasant Christian Church, and spending time with their golden doodle dog, Leia.
While Dr. Garn enjoys primary care optometry and he feels passionate about pediatrics as well as ophthalmic disease, diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Garn finds himself overwhelmingly excited about the path God has led him down and looks forward to the future he has in store.

Welcome to the home page of Dr. Tammy Wittmann, O.D. Dr. Wittmann is a 1998 graduate of the Indiana University School of Optometry. Upon graduation, she and her husband John moved to Western Michigan where she practiced for 5 years. In 2003, they returned to central Indiana where she joined a private practice in Carmel. Dr. Wittmann was very excited to join Zionsville Eyecare in May 2007.
Primary eye care and contact lens fitting are her main focus; however, Dr. Wittmann loves working with older patients and is very interested in their special needs and disease processes. She also enjoys working with children, especially those with focusing disorders.
Dr. Wittmann, a native Floridian, currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband John and is raising their teenage niece Alexandrea. She is active in her church where she volunteers her time with the children’s ministry. Dr. Wittmann stays busy volunteering for the Carmel High School Color Guard of which her niece is a member. She also enjoys travel, personal fitness, spending time with her four animals, and going out to watch her husband play drums with the Jennie DeVoe Band.
