Q: Do I need a contact lens prescription to place an order?
A: Yes. U.S law requires a current contact lens prescription to dispense or sell contact lenses.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No. We are currently unable to accept insurance claims. You can use your order receipt to submit for reimbursement from your carrier.

Q: What is the delivery time for my lenses?
A: In stock orders placed before 3pm** EST Monday-Friday and approved by your eye care practitioner will ship sameday*. We offer several different delivery options to best suit yourneeds.

Standard|Ground|Courier - 5 to 7 business days***
Second Day Delivery - 2 business days***
Next Day Delivery - 1 business day***
Saturday Delivery - Delivery on the next available Saturday - subject to carrier delivery zone restrictions 

* Shipment may be delayed if prescription is not current and cannot be verified/approved by eye care practitioner.

** In stock orders for Next Day service placed before 5pm EST Monday-Friday and approved by your eye care practitioner will ship same day.

***Estimated delivery time starts once your prescription has been verified and shipped, it does not include weekends or holidays.


Q: I can't find my doctor's web site to place my order, what do I do?
A: You can search for your doctor's web site by using our online Practitioner Member Search tool. If you are still unable to locate your doctor's web site please  use or Contact Us form to email us or give us a call at (866) 633-3536 and we can help you.

Q: I ordered the incorrect lenses how can I return them?
A: Please click here to review our return policy and processing instructions.

Q: I have not received my order. How do I track my shipment?
A: You can check on the status of your order and track your shipment through your online patient profile order history. Simply log-in to your doctor's web site and select "Order History". A listing of your order history will appear, select the order number of the items you are looking for and a detailed status with shipment tracking information will be displayed.
